Win a Pair of Ladies Ted Baker Sunglasses for Christmas

You may have noticed that I’m a specs wearer. I’ve been distinctly myopic since I was 12. I realised when the whiteboard was slowly getting blurrier and blurrier and my best mate finally got tired of me copying her because I couldn’t see what was written myself.

But though I love my glasses, I’m just as big a fan of my contact lenses. They afford me the flexibility to own a rather large sunglasses collection. From elegant pointed cat’s eye lenses, to big black sunnies that almost take over my face, to tortoiseshell glasses with a gentle fade to them. They allow me to hide, to shade myself and to boost an outfit.

And yes, I know it doesn’t feel exactly like sunglasses weather outside, I know I’ll still have a pair stashed in my bag (or desk drawer) for when the sun shines and the weather is crisp and cool. Or you know, if I win the lottery and get the chance of some winter sun (well, you never know).

I’m just quietly dreaming of summer.

And you can too. I’ve been asked by those lovely guys at The Optic Shop if I’d give away a pair of Ted Baker sunglasses. Having had a nosey at the sunnies on offer, how could I say no? You can pick whichever pair of Ted Baker ladies sunglasses takes your fancy.

So here you go – you can win them for yourself, or maybe for someone for Christmas. What you do with them and when you wear them is up to you. All you have to do to enter is visit their website for a nosey (well you will need to choose which pair you want) and let me know – will you be keeping them for yourself? Or will they be a very useful Christmas gift for someone else?

GOOD LUCK!

  1. They would be a very useful Christmas present for my Mum, Mum needs to wear sunglasses to protect her eye’s all year round if the sun’s shining so these would be fab

  2. They are too nice for me, I lose/scratch/sit on/run over sunglasses at a staggering rate but my sister-in-law will love them

  3. Got to admit, yes, I’d keep them. I’m an accessories fiend, can never have enough sunglasses, handbags, scarves or hats.

  4. I’d have to keep them for myself. My sunglasses are primani and if it’s really sunny the glare leaves me virtually walking blind – a ad embarrassing when you walk into things. Thanks

  5. Much as I would love to keep these. I am too clumsy so I would regretfully give them away to a friend who is off on holiday just after Christmas.

  6. I would keep for myself, I have just started wearing contact lenses and my current (though lovely) sunglasses are prescription so I’m in need of some alternatives!

  7. I’ve never owned my own sunglasses as I have never known what suits my face so I would keep them for myself I think.

  8. I would love to keep these for myself as I seem to never have a decent pair of sunglasses and it would be a lovely treat. Thank you

  9. I would love to keep them myself but I can only wear prescription glasses, can’t see without them so would have to give them as a Christmas present

  10. I’d keep them…! But my boyfriend would then wrap them, lol. He struggles to do presents so he spends the run up to Christmas taking anything I buy that I leave around and wrapping it :p completely forgivable if it meant I still got these as they look ace!

  11. Well, I’m a HUGE sunglasses fan. The minute it’s brighter than pitch black i put mine on but I’ve never been able to afford a “proper” pair so I would keep them for myself

  12. I would love to say I would give them away as a present, but I left mine on the plane and these ads so gorgeous. I have to be honest I would keep them for myself. Thanks for the chance xxx

  13. I’d simply have to keep these lovely sunglasses for myself they would be oerfect for our cruise holiday next year 🙂 x
